Security Architect

Seeking a Security Architect with a DoD Secret Clearance to design and document a Cyber Security solution in support of a Navy contract in Charleston, SC. The Security Architect work in collaboration with the client's Security team to put in place the technical controls required to meet their security policies.

We're looking to have this person start in the May/June timeframe to January with the potential for an extension to support additional projects.

Required Skills

- Must be US Citizen and possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor-s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of Cybersecurity experience with some networking skills
- Proven experience as security architect or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in security architecture, technologies, and standards.
- Working experience with security tools and procedures in risk assessment & mitigation, incident response, and emerging threats.
- One security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of IT software architecture; Proficient with Microsoft Visio.
- Some knowledge on how the formats there documentation (SIP H)
